To begin the planning process, a $50 per person research & curation fee is required.
As part of our current promotion, your research fee will be credited to your trip total upon final payment. This fee covers the time and expertise spent researching, curating options, and designing a personalized travel experience for you.
If you choose not to move forward with booking through GFB Travel Co., the research & curation fee is non-refundable.
Once a proposal is provided, we encourage you to review it carefully with your entire travel party before requesting changes. Excessive revisions may incur additional fees.
After reservations are secured, any changes made (such as dates, number of travelers, destination, or flights ) may result in additional fees, along with penalties charged by airlines, cruise lines, or resorts.
Final payment deadlines are determined by the travel supplier. If your trip is booked within 30-45 days of departure, full payment may be required at time of booking.
